# Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some products in our store may be offered as a purchase option, such as a pre-order, subscription, deposit, partial-payment product, deferred-payment product, or try-before-you-buy product.

This policy explains how cancellations work for those purchase options.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

## Pre-Orders

A product is considered a pre-order when it is described as a pre-order in the product title, product description, product listing, or related product information.

Our website may still display standard checkout wording such as “Buy Now” or “Add to Cart.” This does not change the pre-order status where the product page states that the item is a pre-order, upcoming release, allocated product, or not yet available for immediate fulfilment.

By placing a pre-order, you are reserving stock before release or before the item is ready to ship or collect.

Pre-order products may be affected by:

- Supplier allocations
- Release date changes
- Shipping delays
- Distributor delays
- Quantity limits
- Partial fulfilment
- Product availability changes

Due to the limited and allocated nature of many pre-order products, especially Trading Card Game products such as Pokémon TCG, we do not offer change-of-mind cancellations or refunds on pre-orders.

This includes cancellation requests due to:

- No longer wanting the product
- Finding the product elsewhere
- Market prices changing
- Personal or financial circumstances changing
- Another product becoming more desirable
- Ordering more than intended

If supplier allocations are reduced, delayed or changed, we will work through affected orders as fairly as possible. Depending on the situation, this may include delayed fulfilment, partial fulfilment, store credit, order adjustment, or a refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.

## Deposits, Partial Payments and Deferred Payments

Some pre-orders or special purchase options may allow payment by deposit, partial payment, deferred payment, or another payment structure.

Where this applies, the payment terms will be shown at checkout or on the relevant product page.

Unless otherwise stated, deposits or partial payments for pre-orders and allocated products are treated as part of the order and are subject to our pre-order and change-of-mind cancellation policy.

If a remaining balance is due before fulfilment, we may contact you with payment instructions or the system may charge the stored payment method according to the purchase option selected.

If payment fails, we may place the order on hold, contact you for updated payment details, cancel the order, or make the stock available to another customer.

## Subscriptions

If we offer subscription products, the subscription details will be shown before purchase, including the delivery frequency, billing frequency, price, and any other relevant terms.

When you purchase a subscription, your payment method may be stored securely by the payment provider and charged according to the subscription terms you selected.

You may cancel or manage a subscription according to the cancellation options provided in your account, order confirmation email, subscription portal, or by contacting us.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future subscription renewals or charges, but it does not automatically cancel or refund orders that have already been processed, fulfilled, packed, dispatched, or otherwise committed.

## Change of Mind

We do not offer change-of-mind cancellations or refunds for excluded products, including:

- Trading Card Game products
- Pokémon TCG products
- Sealed TCG products
- Single cards, raw cards, graded cards or card collectibles
- Pre-order products
- Apparel
- Made-to-order products
- Print-on-demand products
- Local artist, handmade, consignment or creator-supplied products
- Gift cards
- Sale, clearance or final-sale items

## Failed Collection

If a pre-order, online order, apparel item, made-to-order product, print-on-demand product, local artist item or consignment item is ready for collection, please collect it within the collection window stated in our Return & Refund Policy or collection notification.

If you need more time, please contact us before the collection window ends.

If an order is not collected and we have not heard from you, the order may be cancelled and converted to store credit in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

## Order Limits, Allocations and Reseller Activity

We reserve the right to limit, adjust, split, hold or cancel orders where necessary, including where orders appear to involve:

- Supplier allocation issues
- Product quantity limits
- Bulk purchasing
- Bot-assisted purchasing
- Reseller activity
- Pricing errors
- Payment issues
- Breach of store policies

Where we cancel or adjust an order, we will handle any refund, store credit or order adjustment in line with our Return & Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

## Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy removes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, we will provide the appropriate remedy where required.
