All Pre-Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, On release should the items you have pre-ordered not be available due to under supply, shipping issues, quality issues as some examples of the possible reasons for being unavailable. You will be contacted to pursue any of the following options: Delayed fulfilment (aka wait for second shipment), Order diversion (we will assist you in acquiring the items you ordered from another dealer on your behalf) or a full refund will be provided at any stage during this process should you choose instead.
All deposits are held in full until the forecast release date. At Pop Culture Larrikins discretion, should you change your mind and wish to request a refund prior to this date please contact us directly to organise the return of your payment under most circumstances we are happy to assist with any refund requests.
