Sadly, we are taking the following steps due to current Pokemon allocations and Scalpers. 

• This is to make sure everyone gets something on release day.
• All customers in WAVE 1 should expect to get only 1 of each item they order on release.
  • Orders will be filled on a first-order, first-served basis.
  • Extra stock will be distributed to fill the remaining items in a first-order-to-last-order fashion after each customer has received one of the ordered items. 
    • for example, if you order 6 Booster Boxes:
      On release day you get 1
      When we get the first restock you get the other 
  • if you want to wait for a sealed case please say so in the notes of your order and we will push your order to the front of the line in wave 2
• No Refunds will be offered for stock if we are not able to provide them on release day this is to prevent scalpers just trying to place orders for launch.
• Only after restocks arrive later in the year will we consider each refund request on a case by case basis. 
• The release date will be in line with Australian stores but we have decided not to advertise one as this is likely to change like recent releases. 
• Even with the above, we have put limits in place. 
• We have reserved a small number of units to be available in-store on release day.
